1 Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout this agreement, carry the meanings assigned to them in this section. Where the context permits, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pard60 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. Registration of an Account constitutes your representation and warranty that you meet each of these requirements at all times during which your Account remains active.

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity, whether for real-money play or otherwise.
2. Residency: The Platform is primarily intended for users residing in Indonesia. You must ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your specific location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals under guardianship, or whose legal capacity is otherwise restricted, are ineligible.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not have previously self-excluded yourself from the Platform or from any affiliated gaming services. Players on a self-exclusion list are not eligible to register a new account.
6. Non-Restricted Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. pard60 does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on pard60, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, current, and not misleading in any way. Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information — including false age declarations — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pard60 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to register only one Account. If we detect that a Player has created or is operating more than one Account — including through the use of different personal details, IP addresses, or payment methods — all associated Accounts will be closed. Any winnings accumulated through duplicate Accounts will be void and any Real Money Balance may be subject to review and withholding pending investigation.

3.5 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pard60 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive Accounts following written notice to the email address on file. Where an Account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive Account by contacting our support team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Currencies

All transactions on the pard60 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversions are applied on our end. Deposits and withdrawals are processed at face value in Rupiah, eliminating exchange-rate uncertainty for Indonesian players.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods

pard60 supports the following deposit methods for players based in Indonesia:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer restrictions)

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed clearly at the point of transaction. pard60 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your Real Money Balance within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled banking maintenance, processing may take longer. pard60 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
3. The withdrawal destination must match the deposit source where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
4. Any active Bonus Balance subject to an incomplete wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
5. pard60 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah).

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other major Indonesian banks are processed within an average of 10 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed within 5 minutes. Processing times are measured from the point of approval and may vary during public holidays, Idul Fitri, or scheduled system maintenance. All times are referenced in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7).

4.6 Refused Transactions

pard60 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law. In such cases, we will notify the Player via their registered email address and may request additional documentation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pard60 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Certain game categories — including live table games, sports betting at specific odds ranges, and jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement completion. Full contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pard60 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or opposing bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, using betting strategies that systematically exploit promotional terms, or colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Balance voided and associated winnings forfeited. Repeated violations may result in permanent Account closure.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagering requirements that have not been completed within the specified period will be removed from the Account automatically. pard60 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

pard60 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a Player has already received a bonus offer, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall continue to apply to that particular bonus.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Accepted Bets and Wagers

All bets placed on the pard60 platform — whether on sports markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and other leagues), live casino tables, slot games, or specialty games such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — are subject to the specific rules of each product category. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or market interface.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and vary by product, market, and Player tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. pard60 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Players or globally at any time, including in response to demonstrated advantage play.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by pard60 where: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; a manifest error is discovered in the odds or game outcome; the bet was placed after the event had already concluded; or technical malfunction results in an incorrect bet being recorded. Stake amounts for void bets are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

6.4 Manifest Error

pard60 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were offered due to a manifest error — defined as an obvious and clear mistake in the pricing, configuration, or description of a market. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors are subject to account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

6.5 Connection and Technical Issues

pard60 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of a Player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or software error during gameplay. Where a technical issue on pard60's side results in an interrupted game session or incorrectly recorded bet, the matter will be investigated and resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's protocols, which shall be final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pard60 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorized.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Engaging in bandar bola (illegal bookmaking) activities or any unauthorized intermediary betting operations using the Platform.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to access or operate your Account.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or acting as an agent for other individuals in placing wagers.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.

8 KYC & Verification

8.1 Verification Requirement

pard60 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we require all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals can be processed and, in some cases, before deposit limits can be raised. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during a Player's use of the Platform.

8.2 Required Documents

Players may be required to submit any or all of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo identification document such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Any document clearly showing date of birth confirming the Player is aged 21 or over.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing the Player's registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals is registered in the Player's own name.
• Source of Funds: Documentation demonstrating the legitimate origin of funds deposited on the Platform, where large transaction volumes trigger enhanced due diligence requirements.

8.3 Processing Time

pard60 endeavors to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Players will be notified via their registered email address upon successful verification or if additional information is required. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is completed.

9 Privacy & Data

pard60 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and customer support interactions. The collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering an Account.

By registering an Account, you consent to pard60 processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalized gaming services. You may exercise your data rights — including the right of access, correction, and deletion — by contacting our support team at [email protected].

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pard60 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game software, and the overall design and arrangement of content — is the property of pard60 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of pard60.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pard60 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of the theory of liability.

pard60's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pard60 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We provide the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any Real Money Balance must be withdrawn. pard60 may take up to 5 business days to process a voluntary Account closure request.

12.2 Termination by pard60

pard60 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Account has been involved in: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity; money laundering or other financial crime; collusion or match-fixing; exploitation of system errors; or any other conduct that is harmful to pard60 or its Players.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination — whether initiated by the Player or by pard60 — the Player's license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided the Account was not closed due to fraud, breach of Terms, or a legal hold. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

13 Responsible Gaming

pard60 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to support Players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

All Players are encouraged to set personal limits during account registration and to review and update those limits at any time through their account settings. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately. If you feel that your gambling behavior is becoming problematic, we urge you to contact our support team immediately or visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for guidance and resources.

pard60 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all Players and employs technology-based age verification measures to prevent underage gambling. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pard60 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral body, conducted in English.

Players located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex legal position under Indonesian law and accept full responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. pard60 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine legality in their jurisdiction before using the Platform.

15 Amendments

pard60 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Players will be notified via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage all Players to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date on which the most recent version entered into effect. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
